Was very anxious when I saw this:






The results had me screaming out loud.













































For Oguri to be in fourth place came as a shock to me.








By the way... I voted for the koreans in all categories...

Was reading Narimiya's blog.

There's going to be a movie for Gokusen!!!



Eh... from the pictures seem that only the cast in the first series are in the movie? (Where's Matsujun?)

LOL!

If so, I'm more then happy cause the first season is always better to me. (And because I'm not interested in the later seasons that followed)

Think the movie is still filming.

Got a feeling that we'll be able to see the movie in Singapore.

Although initially I was pretty sceptical to what Korean's version could bring us... especially when Ji Hoo failed to attract me the instant he appeared... not like Oguri's protrayal of Rui.

And that part when he bent down to wipe the eggs, flour etc from Jan Di's face, I was like "Oei!!! Thats so copy Oguri's action can!?!"

ROFL

Watching the korean version gave me a sense of rerun deja vu, since I watched the Japanese version.

Having said that, I've observed some subtle differences to the korean series.

In korean's version, Rui has his own motorbike instead of his sports car. And in another scene where he was picking up Makino in a white family like looking car ...

It felt weird for me that people with Rui's character would get a bike instead of a car... doesnt seem to match his personality.

Makes me wonder if they had not enough budget to rent a sports car?

And in the first episode there was a scene of Rui changing into his shirt... showing him half naked from the top. I was amused seeing his naked torso... because... he is Rui!!! Rui doesnt show off his half naked body to anyone!!! (Although that scene is of him changing his clothes at home...)

Ah... but a note worth mentioning.

Korean's version goes more in depth about the stuff that Rui does for Tsukushi. Like how he'll do things for her without letting her know, and how supportive he was for her whenever she was feeling down.

To me, the Japanese version did not portray as much Rui's patience and support towards her.

And!!! The korean version had me like Doumouyji's character alot!!! LOL I think he was alot more natural as compared to Matsujun. And during the times when he and Makino was apart due to misunderstandings and such, I actually found myself feel bad for Doumouyji!!! LOL

And the korean version had me tearing alot more then the Japanese counterpart. LOL, it got so bad at 1 episode that I had to use up 4 tissue papers.

Oh!!! and can I mention, in episode 15, when F4 and Jan Di was in Macau, they went to this portugese egg tart shop. The one which I went before!!!



As well as the casino at Hotel Vetican (hope I got that name correct). Haiz. If I've waited a few more months before making that trip perhaps I can see Kim Hyun Joong?



(zzzz... i can almost feel my fandon shifting to Kim Hyun Joong liao... not to the surprise of my sister and friends... Sorry Arron!!! )

People around me lately are getting hitched!


This coming Wednesday I'll be going for Florence's ROM and Sunday, to Glen's wedding!!!

Then in early June, another of my colleague will be having his ROM too. But I dont know if I could make it for that one. We'll see how I guess.


Ah~~~ Its feels good attending weddings isn't it?
